January 3, 2019

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our Founding Member and Drum Major, Rich Desmond.

Desi is a legend in the Pipe Band world and was known all over the United States. His passing leaves a huge hole in our Brotherhood, and one that cannot be filled.

Please keep the Desmond family in your prayers, as we will do everything we can to help them as they grieve their tremendous loss.

Thank you for all you have done for the fallen. We are devastated, but we will continue the work you started.

Godspeed, Brother...

The procession for Mr. Desmond went past our house this morning. What an amazing sight to see...& hear!!
Even my young grandchildren said it must have been for 'a very important person'.
We asked about it, & were told who it was for and that Pipers came from as far as Alaska to march in his honor.
A spectacular tribute.
